Trust Deed Enquiry Form (Scotland only)

In order for a Trust Deed to be considered, the following minimum requirements must be met:

  • At least £10,000 of unsecured debt solely in your name.
  • At least £100 a month available for payment into the arrangement.
  • Insufficient money, after paying your resonable living expenses, to afford the contracted minimum monthly repayments on the your unsecured debt.
  • Employed.
