IVA Enquiry Form

In order for an IVA to be feasible, the following minimum requirements must be met:

  • At least £15,000 of unsecured debt solely in your name.
  • At least £150 a month available for payment into the IVA.
  • Insufficient money, after paying your resonable living expenses, to afford the contracted minimum monthly repayments on the your unsecured debt.
  • Employed.
